Items are to be picked up day of auction. If more time is needed, items may be picked up Monday, September 8th prior to 5:00 PM. Pick up after day of auction must be scheduled with auctioneer or auction staff.
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid to determine Purchase Price of all personal property sold. A 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be added to Purchase Price which is High Bid plus Buyer's Premium. A tax exempt form must be turned in or filled out at registration.

- Bids will be accepted only from bidders that have duly registered in accordance with the terms and conditions of this sale. All bidders must be 18 years or older to be eligible to bid.
- Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of the personal property before bidding. All information and descriptions are believed to be correct; however, no warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied.
- All property is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS."
- There are no pre nor post sale contingencies, including financing.
- This is a reserve auction. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
- All bids placed online are final and cannot be cancelled. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to purchase the personal property and make payment day of auction if declared Winning Bidder.
- A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid to determine purchase price of personal property. For example: If high bid is $100, the total purchase price with buyer's premium will be $110.
- A 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be applied to all personal property sold. Tax exempt form must be filled out at registration. Please contact office for tax exempt form.
- Winning Bidder must pay in full total purchase price of personal property on day of auction.
- Items are expected to be removed day of auction but no later than Monday, September 8th, 5:00 PM.
- Payment may be made by check, cash, credit card, debit card or ACH bank draft. If paying by credit card or debit card a 2.99% Merchant Fee will be added to your invoice. If paying by ACH a 1.99% ACH Transaction Fee will be added to your invoice.
- Announcements made day of sale take precedence over any advertisements.
- The auctioneer's decisions relative to bidding increments, order of sale and any disputes between bidders will be final.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at any time.
- All information contained in the auction brochure, newspaper advertising, online advertising or supplied either in writing or verbally by staff members was derived from sources believed to be reliable, but not guaranteed.
