Q: How do I register to bid?

Q: I've registered for an auction but have not been approved. What do I need to do?
A: You may need to sign a bidder registration agreement. All registered bidders are required to sign a bidder registration agreement prior to being approved to bid. We will email that agreement to you or you can click here to sign the agreement now.

Q: Can I register to bid and place bids from my phone?
A: Yes! We even have an app to make it easier on you and keep you updated with push notifications. Click one of the links below to download our app!

Q: Do I have to place individual bids or can I place a maximum bid?
A: You can place a maximum bid by clicking the down arrow to the right of the BID button. Select Create maxbid. Enter your maxbid amount. The system will automatically bid for you until your maxbid amount is reached. 

Q: What do I need to know before bidding?
A: The Terms of the auction spell out all information including buyer's premium, down payment deposit and closing date. We recommend reading through the Terms. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
